Anyway, I decided to do a little baking today. I haven't baked (from scratch) in a long time! My co-worker gave me this yummy raisin bread recipe so I decided to give it a try. I used cranberry instead, by the way.
...about an hour later.... It expanded like two times! LOL

...ready to eat! I am pretty happy with the result! I tried to follow the recipe as close as I can. But in the end, I ended up with three large loaf of bread! LOL The original recipe is in Chinese, in grams. All my recipes are in cups, ounces, tablespoons, teaspoons, so forth...not grams. LOL I actually had to use a kitchen scale to measure my ingredients! My first time ever! LOL

Ummmm, that looks so yummy. You are a fantastic baker. Might consider opening up a bakery. :-)
oh Kim, those look sooo yummy!! I have a yummy recipe for a Cranberry/Apricot bread that makes 3 loaves as well. They are actually a holiday bread, filled with dried cranberries and apricots and you crisscross the tops and form into a candycane. Then when they come out you glaze them (opt'l). Sooo yummy! I will share the recipe if you'd like :) Happy baking!
