The paper Nest Dolls - Thank You

Hello everyone!  Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and a great start of a new week!  This week is going to be much warmer so stay cool, everyone! (For those of you who are in the LA area, that is.)

Today's share is one of the few thank you cards I made for a customer.  I colored this image from The Paper Nest Dolls a long while back and finally put her on a card.  The pretty purple flowers are by Prima.  The stickpins were from my stash.  I believe they are by K& Company.

This past weekend I was determined to work on a few jewelry pieces.  I am proud to say I made two!  Yay!  I had an eye on Ann Taylor's multi strand pearl necklace but thought it was a little pricey.  So, guess what I did??  :)  I made an Ann Taylor inspired necklace!  LOL  I haven't have time to take some pictures of it yet but I will try to this coming weekend.  One thing I've got to mention is that after making the necklace, the Ann Taylor necklace is well worth $80!  It took me three nights (2-3 hours each) to finish the necklace and a matching bracelet!  I spent roughly $30 on supplies.

Thanks for stopping by, everyone!
