Sparkle Creations November 2013 Preview: Mailbox Josh

Hi everyone!

Welcome back to another preview at Sparkle Creations!  Today we are previewing Mailbox Josh! Today is also Release Day so both Crafting Emily and Mailbox Josh are available for purchase at our online store!

As usual, I colored my image with Copic markers.  I used Prismacolor pencil for the shadow on the floor this time.

Sentiment is my Papertrey Ink.  Mailbox Josh is a great stamp for pretty much any occasion.  I used him on this Holiday card because I am trying hard to work on my Christmas cards for this year!  Christmas is just around the corner! Yikes!  I am totally not ready!

Be sure to visit all rest of the SCRS designers for more peeks of Mailbox Josh. Sparkle will be giving away Mailbox Josh to one lucky person! For a chance to win, you need to comment on all of the designer's blogs (list below). Then head on over to the SCRS blog and comment on the Mailbox Josh post. You have until midnight EST to comment. The lucky winner will be announced on Monday!

Is anyone ready for Thanksgiving?  Black Friday?  :)  My family (maternal side) takes turn preparing Thanksgiving dinner.  It's my turn this year and the entire family will be at my place.  We now have a total of 27 in the family! I never roasted a turkey before and since I don't have a lot of time these days (especially lately), I've decided to order a ready-made.  I do have glazed ham and roast beef on the menu as well.  I will be busy cooking those, plus a few side dishes of course.  Maybe I will try to roast a turkey for Christmas. :)

Black Friday:  Does anyone still go out and shop on this day?  Most stores will be open Thanksgiving night, around 8:00.  I don't plan to be out there that night but I will try to go early morning on Friday.  My eldest niece (13) is very excited about it!  She went with me last year and she had lots of fun!  I don't have anything in particular I need to get.  I just love to see the excitement, I guess.

Wishing everyone a wonderful weekend ahead!
