The Greeting Farm Holiday Blog Hop!

Hello! Happy Monday!

Welcome to The Greeting Farm Holiday Blog Hop! If you didn't start at The Greeting Farm blog, please do so because there is a complete list of the hoppers! You don't want to miss any! There are lots of inspiration, lots of beautiful cards, lots of amazing projects! What's more, you will find all the details about this hop! Oh, did I mention there are THREE, yes, THREE GRAND PRIZE winners!!??? There are three ways to win so PLEASE begin at TGF blog!

Okay for my project today, I made this set of goody bag for my son's teacher for Christmas. This is a one sheet (12x12) paper purse. 1Luvmama sent me one of these a while back and thought it's a great idea to CASE! These are very fun and easy to make too!

The other side of the bag is the same, with the exception of an added tag. I didn't want to take a pic of the tag because it has my son's full name.

Here is what it looks like once you open it. Yup, full of goodies for the teacher!

A gift card holder is included. I used the Clear Christmas set on this one. Oh, the paper is by Basic Grey. I found a bunch at Michael's a while back on clearance for one cent each!

Here is how it looks once you open the gift card holder. Everyone goes to Target so a Target gift card is perfect! :)

A match box full of sweets is also included. Once again, I used the Clear Christmas set.

I stuffed it with Orange Krispys from See's Candies. These are really yummy!

Last but not least, I made a little notepad and personalized with my son's teacher's name. I used Teacher Anya on this. Sadly, I don't have Teacher Anya. I have a couple of stamped images from a loooong time ago. I don't even remember who I got it from! Teacher Anya is great for of course school related projects so I think I need to order her! Soon! :)

My gift set is really nothing to wow about. I really just needed to get a few Christmas presents done so this is the perfect chance to get at least one done! LOL

I hope everyone is enjoying the hop! Have fun and good luck!

Holiday Throwback at The Greeting Farm!

Hello! Hello!

We always have something new and fun at The Greeting Farm! We interrupt our regular Throwback Thursday post with a special Holiday Edition...using OLDER Holiday images!

I used this sexy girly from A Cheeky Xmas set. She is one of my many faves! Can you tell? I just used her last week! LOL

The Greeting Farm is giving away some goodies to one random lucky person who hop along the team's blog and check out all the creations! If you would like to play along with us, we would love that too!

Have fun!

Sunday...

It has been a looong while since I play along any Lollipop Crafts challenges! It's that terrible?? This week at Lollipop Crafts, it is to create a card/project with a Holiday theme.

CC Sunday from The Greeting Farm is not a Holiday stamp but you can of course use him for whatever occasion card/project you wish! It all depends on your color scheme, sentiment and the papers you use.

For my card, I followed last week's Mojo Monday sketch. I used Lily of the Valley sentiment. Papers are once again by Basic Grey's Eskimo Kisses.

I know everyone is busy during the Holiday but if you guys can find some time to play along with us, that would be great! Can't wait to see your Holiday creations!

Just a Couple of Challenges...

Sparkle Creations is sponsoring three challenges this week, Deconstructed Sketch, For Your Inspiration, and Do You Stack Up. I was working on my card and totally did not check the inspiration picture from For Your Inspiration! Oh well, two out of three is not bad anyway. LOL

So for my card or course, I followed the sketch at Deconstructed Sketch. I used Christmas Tree Ruby.

This year, I have been making mostly traditional color Christmas cards. This is is no exception. Also, since my Eskimo Kisses stack is out, I just used that for this card as well. I used it for a couple of other cards too which I will post soon!

Do You Stack Up's challenge is to use ribbon or anything that ties. Well, this is an easy one since I love to use ribbons! LOL I have one green charm left so perfect to go with this card! I guess I need to make more for rainy days! hehe

I am sending this card to my December Secret Sister. Hope she likes it! (Can't reveal who it is yet since the card is still in my possession! LOL)

Saturday...

Hello!

It is super cold here in Los Angeles these days. I know I shouldn't complain because some of you are in much colder areas. It's cold for me since we have mostly warm days.

Were you guys affected by last week's strong wing? Oh my gosh, fallen trees (mostly big trees) are still everywhere!

Anyway, today I have this CC Saturday card to share! Since the Holiday is here, I decided to dress him up a little festive for a Christmas card. I followed the sketch from Stamp With Fun and used Basic Grey's Eskimo Kisses papers. I even added a couple jingle bells as charms!

I got a few errands to run today so I better get going. I shall be back soon to share more! I worked on a few cards this weekend! Yay! Have a good one, everyone!

What: An ALL-customer blog hop for anyone who wants to participate using TGF stamps
When: Monday, December 19th, 10am CST-10pm CST
Where: TGF BLOG and on YOUR blogs!

How to sign up?

This is the important part, folks!

1.) Please send an email to Jessica at yeahshestamps@gmail.com with the subject line: TGF HOP. Jessica's email will be set up to 'filter' these emails into a special folder so that no names are missed- it's very important you use the words "TGF HOP".

PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR BLOG address in this email- thank you!

2.) Create a new, never-before-seen project, card, etc. in ONE of TWO categories (or both if you're feeling festive!)

a.) HOLIDAY project
b.) GENERAL TGF project

There will be TWO Grand prizes to two random hoppers that night- one for a HOLIDAY project and one for a general TGF project that really showcases your love of TGF!

Come one, come all, and if you don't have a blog, that's ok too- you can use your SCS Gallery to showcase your projects, too!

Please email your intent to sign up by MONDAY, DECEMBER 12th to Jessica.

Out of respect for other hoppers, please also email Jessica even if at the last minute, if something comes up and you cannot participate so that I can go in and change the links so that no one 'breaks' the hop. Everyone puts in a TON of work for these events and we are SUPER pumped!

Last but not least, grab this badge and display it with a link to TGF's post to proudly display you're participating!

Can't wait to see what everyone comes up with!
