Happy Birthday to......ME!

Hello, my blogging friends!

Today is Columbus Day and some of us get a day off....and yes, today is my special day! Yup, I am another year YOUNGER! I don't have any plans but just spend some time with my hubby and kids. No celebration...just the usual day. We (my mom's side of the family) already celebrated my twin and my birthday a couple of weeks ago. My mom usually goes by the lunar calendar and this year my birthday according to it happened to come before the regular calendar day. I know, this sounds confusing if you are not familiar with the lunar calendar.

Anyway, since today is my birthday, I want to send one lucky person these goodies! This is my way of thanking everyone's support, encouragement for the past year, the year before that... :D Plus. I know I have been pretty bad at commenting and I feel guilty about it. LOL

There are no special requirements on winning these goodies. All you have to do is leave me a comment and tell me what you would like for Christmas. Yes, Christmas, not birthday because Christmas is here before we know it! I LOVE Christmas! This is like the million and one times I said it already! LOL I will announce the winner on Wednesday.

Okie dokie, on to today's card. Alanna is our hostess at Lollipop Crafts this week. She chose 123 RECIPE: 1 DESIGNER PAPER, TWO STAMPS AND THREE EMBELLISHMENTS as the theme. Our sponsor for this week is Wags 'n Whiskers.

Lacey is so generous to provide our team with the recently released fairy images to play with! Thank you so much, Lacey! These images are totally awesome!

Here is my card using IRIS. Since it's my birthday, I of course made a birthday card! LOL The sketch is by Sweet Sunday Sketch. Sentiment is by Papertrey Ink.

Hope everyone can play along with us! For more inspiration, please hop over to Lollipop Crafts and check out our wonderful team's amazing creations! You won't be disappointed!

Have a fabulous day, everyone!

Challenges:
Crazy for Challenges: Birthday
Crazy for Fun: Use a digital image
Stamp Something: Something Punchy
Flutterby Wednesday: Open theme

Happy Birthday! Lovely card and candy. This year I want someone to buy me a goat...or chickens...or a cow...you know...for a woman in a third world country to feed her family. I don't need anything. I've been asking for this for a couple of years, but they all think I'll be disappointed :(

Happy Birthday Kim! Wishing you the best year ever . . .

No need to enter me in your birthday candy . . . just stoppin' in to participate in your special day and celebration. I'll answer your Christmas question though:

I think I have everything I want and Christmas will be extra special with the arrival of Baby Boy in November. Our family is complete!

Take care girl and Happy Birthday again!

Happy Birthday to you!!!!
For Christmas, I want the time to pass REALLY REALLY SLOW!! I'm currently stationed in Okinawa Japan without my husband and son, so I want the time I get to spend with them at Christmas to really stretch out. Time together is much more important than things for me this year!
