Happy Birthday, Bee Crafty!

Happy Saturday!

Bee Crafty is turning one! My, time flies in the blink of an eye! Oh, which reminds me, it’s been a year since I started blogging too!

Since it’s Bee Crafty’s blogaversary, we would love to see a birthday themed card, project or a gift set. I love matching things and seeing things in sets. So, yeah, I made a set here!

I have been seeing a lot of the drawer box in blogland so I wanted to give it a try as well. It’s not difficult to make at all but it is time consuming…for me, at least because I don’t have a scoreboard. I think it would be easier if you have one.

I wanted the box to be somewhat the same size as my card, which is 5 ½ x 5 ½. Basically, what I did was make four 2 ½ x 2 ½ match boxes, glue them to two 5 ¾ x 5 ¾ cardstock, top and bottom. Well, I actually used poster board paper instead of cardstock because I want the box to be more sturdy.

For the card, I followed the sketch over at Papertake Weekly. It’s perfect for Little Lady Birthday, don’t you think?

We would love for you to play along with us! For more inspiration, please hop over to Bee Crafty!

I am entering my card/box for these challenges as well:
KL Stampin n Scrappin: box or basket
Artful Inkables: Birthday

OH WOW Kim,... we BOTH made this on the same day! LOOOVE how yours turned out! I don't have a scorepal either, and I the numbers and some measurements have rubbed off of my cheaper 12" cutter, so I actually had to use a measuring tape to pencil in my marks and then score. But it's worth the time it took. Very CuTE and FUN to do huh?! Great job Kim.

Thanks so much for entering this at KLSNS this week! *Ü*

Holy cow Kim! Your drawer box is awesome! Stunning! :) I am always inspired by you and all your creations. I'm still trying to get through my to-do list which keeps growing by the minute! Can't keep up and still want to thank you for the speechless RAK you sent with the egg basket and homemade flowers! I can't bring myself to use them just yet! :)
