Great Use of My Scraps!

Looky what I did with my scraps? :D Yup, I used my Dahlia nestability and made more flowers! It did take me quite some time to make them because I had to run the dies through the machine so many times (two times for each flower). I think I did a total of 25 so far! Anyway, this is a great way to use up some scraps, don’t you think? Plus, these flowers come in handy….all ready when you need one!

Well, one of my blogging friends likes my egg basket so I decided to make her one with a matching card. Instead of filling the basket with candies, I filled it up with these flowers! I thought I would save her some time in making these. Hope she likes them!

Since Midnight Madness has two sketches, I decided to use one on the card and the other on the basket. :D I of course used one of the flowers on the card and for the basket, I simply made a smaller one. Can you tell I had fun making this project? :D I sure did! Hmmm…should I make more? :D

Well, I have abandoned that little project I started for my hubby’s bday. I guess I’ll try to get it done this Saturday, if not, Sunday since his bday is on Monday. I haven’t even made him a card yet!

The scrapbook for my co-worker is almost done…all thanks to the help of my other co-workers. They are not scrapbookers and actually most of them are making a page for the very first time! But it’s coming along very nicely. I am quite pleased with it. I only need to do about five pages and then I am done! It will be about a good 40 pages. Yeah, I didn’t expect it to get so big. But it’s good. It would great memories for my co-worker. Hope she likes it.

Question: do you guys prefer that I list my card/project details? I tend to post in a rush sometimes and leave it out. Let me know what you prefer.

Thanks everyone! Have a great one and happy creating!
My project is for these challenges:
Die Cuts R Us: Flowers
Roses on Paper: Easter/Spring
In Style: Just a hint of green
