Special Friend

Hello fellow crafters! :)

This week seems to go by forever for me! I don't know what happened! Usually, time flies by. Do you think I am burnt out with making cards? Maybe I need a break? Hmmm....

I got this Auntie Amy's stamp a couple of months ago when I went to the scrapbook show but never inked it. I just love this sentiment and isn't this little girl a sweetie?

I made a whole bunch of Birthday cards already so I thought, time for Xmas cards and friendship cards. I can really use these. Also, I have a lot of cards made and don't know what to do with them. Does anyone have any idea? Should I start selling them? I do send some out to friends but I still have a bunch.

Oh, before I go out with this card, I got some news to share....and more to come soon. :) Did you notice I have two Whimsy Stamps logos? Look at your right. :) Yup, I am a Guest Designer for WS for this month. Denise asked me earlier this week and of course I said yes! WS has some really cool and unique stamps! Plus, there is a fun challenge every Monday! Oh, did I mention Denise and the DT members are all so SWEET and NICE! Hop over to Whimsy and check them out!

Now for my card, I am entering it for these challenges:
1. Whimsy Stamps: Friendship
2. Truly Scrumptious: the sketch.
3. A Spoon Full of Sugar: Floral Fantasy
4. Rubbernecker: Flowers
5. Tuesday Taggers: Flowers
6. Daring Cardmaker: Bejewelled bliss. I got plenty of blings and my patterned paper has glitter
7. Pollycraft: buttons and bows
8. Pile It On: three flowers. I made my card for last week but didn't post on time. So this week, I make sure. hehe

Card Details:
Stamp: Auntie Amy's
Ink: Memento
Paper: DCWV, Bazill
Embellies: gems, button, twine, Prima flowers
Tools/Others: border punch, nesties, embossing folder

Very nice card.

You should start selling your extra cards. That's what I try to do, well so far I've only managed to sell four cards and one mini coaster album. I was using etsy but etsy charges fees and paypal charges fees as well, so the fees added up. then I found out about shophandmade.com NO FEES, just the paypal fees, so less fees.

Also with etsy, it's hard to get noticed but on shophandmade they randomly add stuff to the front page of the site, I've seen my stuff on the front page so many times, never saw my stuff on front pages of etsy.

You could sell your digi stamps on there too!!!!

Hi Kim! So beautiful card!
I think is a good idea to start selling your extra cards, you can do it here on your blog, maybe add a gallery on the side bar telling your blog readers the cards of that gallery are for sale.
Have a nice day my friend :)

Hi Kim! Congrats on your Dt spot!I sell some of my cards at a local hairdresser's - people have a lot of time to browse there-just an idea...
I’ve left an award for you on my blog – its a bit of a time-consuming one so I won’t mind if you can’t pass it on straight away!
