Finally Some Jewelry

Yup, I finally made some jewelry! See? Told you it's something different! No cards, just a couple of bracelets to share.

I have been neglecting my jewelry making for a loooooong time now, so the other night I decided to make a couple of bracelets. What do you think?

I have a couple of unfinished projects I need to work on. Hopefully, I can get to them soon. I have to admit, I have a really bad habit. I have the tendency to put off things until much much later. Really bad...

I am not sure how many of you makes jewelry but I'll kind of briefly give you some details on these. I used glass beads and crystal. I used brass/nickel instead of sterling silver (pins, rings clasp, etc). Silver gets tarnished easily so I try to stay away from it. As a matter of fact, I have several sets I need to take apart because of the tarnishing. That's why I am sticking with brass/nickel.

I have a couple of questions for you guys. Maybe you guys can help me out here. :) How do you change the picture's background using Photoshop? See these pictures with the white background, how do you change it to something more fancy? One more questions, what is your favorite color(s)? I need some ideas on what colors to use on my next project. :)

Thanks everyone, and thank you for stopping by!

Kim, these bracelets are beautiful! I love the first one with clusters of beads, but the second one is also "elegantly" pretty as sometime I like "suble" pretty jewelry to wear. I used to make those wire wrapped jewelry and gave up because as I got "older" I can only work with them during the day light! LOL! Your work is beautiful!!! Pinks and lavenders are always pretty! Hugs, Cami

Lovely bracelets Kim. I tried beading for a bit, but it's taken a big bag seat to paper crafting. There just aren't enough hours in the day for all the crafting I want to do!

I'm not sure what you mean about adding backgrounds, but I only know the basics of PE anyway.

My favorite color is green...'cause it's the color of money! LOL
