A Whimsy Turtle Hello!

Ahhh....a start of another great week....and that means another great challenge for everyone at Whimsy Stamps! Yup, it's Monday and our theme is to use EYELETS in your creations! I, personally, am not very fond of eyelets. I don't like the hammering. I usually work on my crafts at night so I can't be hammering away and wake my babies up. So what to do? I have to go to the garage! Too much of a hassle to be back and forth to do one little job at night. Anyway....

I used Whimsy Turtle on my card. I don't think I ever used a turtle on my cards before but I had a great time making this one! See? I even tried something new on it. I was at Michael's last week (every week, hehe) and was just browsing and found some GLOSSY ACCENTS. I bought a bottle. See the turtle shell and the water? It's glossy! It's kind of like clear embossing except this is glossier and much quicker to do! I love it! I drew some grass to go with the image. I added some stickle as well. Love the sparkle!
